Abby's Ark Foundation is a non-profit that provides scholarships to high school seniors who meet the organization's criteria. Each year before prom Rachel joins the Slidell Police Dept. in presenting the Booze N Cruise You Lose program to local high school seniors. Abby's grandmother is also a Victim Impact speaker for MADD. She presents Abby's story to court ordered offenders in the hope of saving lives.

Abby Danielle Reed was killed by a drunk driver while on her way to being born. Her mother Rachel was critically injured but survived the crash. She and Abby's grandmother have dedicated their lives to educating the public about the deadly consequences of Impaired Driving. They founded Abby's Ark Foundation Inc. in memory of Abby. The Ark not only represents a saving vessel but it is also the initials of Rachel's children Abby, Robert, and Kaylee.
